Welcome to mSorted, a product by Money Merchants, India. By access

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent under the Indian Contract Act,

1872, to use this app.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials. Any

unauthorized use must be reported immediately.

3. Services Offered

mSorted provides goal-based financial management, AI-driven insights, bill payment

utilities, and personal budgeting tools. Certain features may require KYC verification as per

RBI and NPCI guidelines.

4. Payments & Transactions

All transactions processed through the app are subject to applicable service provider and

government charges. mSorted does not store card or bank credentials.

5. Data Accuracy

Users are responsible for ensuring accuracy of their financial information and linked

accounts.6. AI Recommendations

All AI-generated suggestions are advisory in nature and do not constitute legal, investment,

or financial advice. Users should verify before acting.

7. Limitation of Liability

mSorted shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses due to service interruptions,

inaccurate data, or third-party actions.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or any applicable laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of  India, and

disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
